Direction from I-10 Freeway: To get to Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court from the I-10 Freeway: Take Haven Ave. Exit and travel north (towards the mountains). Travel north on Haven Ave. for approximately 2.5 miles. The court is located on the corner of Haven Ave. and Jersey Ave. on the right side of Haven.
Direction from I-215 freeway: To get to Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court from the I-215 freeway, exit Foothill Blvd and drive west on Foothill Blvd for approximately three miles. Turn left at Aspen street and drive Northbound on Aspen street for approximately one block.
Note: The courthouse is on the right side of Aspen street as you drive south. The courthouse is a four-story light colored building with two entrances; one entrance on the west side of the courthouse and one entrance on the east side the courthouse.
Parking: Parking is free at Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court. There is ample parking most days and two large lots are reserved for court parking (one parking lot directly to the east of the courthouse and one parking lot directly to the south-east of the courthouse).

Note: Rancho Cucamonga superior court hears all manner of misdemeanor and felony charges. This includes all hearings related to misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, including arraignment (first appearance), preliminary hearings, bail motions, misdemeanor and felony trial, writs, probation and parole violations, post-conviction relief (seal and destroy arrest records, expungements, certificate of rehabilitation, etc.), extradition hearings, and more.
Note: A traffic ticket case arising out of Rancho Cucamonga, or surrounding areas, could be heard in Fontana Superior Court. This general occurs where the traffic citation is classified as an infraction at the filing stage (i.e. driving without a license, driving without insurance, etc.).
Dress Code: According to the court’s website, the acceptable dress code for the court is as follows: No shorts, bare feet, or crop tops. Business casual or other appropriate dress is required (jeans are acceptable so long as they are not cut into shorts).
