Directions (From the Inland Empire): Take the I-15 freeway north to Palmdale Drive. Exit Palmdale Drive and turn left on Mariposa Road (the Palmdale Dr. freeway exit actually exits onto Mariposa Road); from Mariposa Road turn left onto Palmdale Drive and travel one block north to Palmdale Drive. Turn left onto Palmdale Drive (West) and go over the freeway you just exited. Travel two blocks to Kentwood Blvd. Turn right onto Kentwood Blvd (Del Taco on the Corner) and travel North to Civic Center Drive (one block). Turn Right onto Civic Center Drive and follow the curve in the road for about two blocks. The Victorville Courthouse is on your right.
Directions: (From the Apple Valley or Barstow Area): Take the I-15 freeway south to Roy Rogers Drive off ramp. Go west on Roy Rogers Drive to Civic Drive and turn left. The Victorville Courthouse is located on the left side of the street.
Note: The Victorville courthouse is a one-story building with one public entrance facing Civic Center Drive.
Parking: Parking is free at Victorville Superior Court. There is ample parking most days and two large lots are reserved for court parking (one parking lot directly to the northeast of Victorville court and one over-flow parking lot across the street to the west of the courthouse.

Walk-In Hearings: Victorville superior court offers same day court hearings for warrant recall and modification of sentence hearings, not including PC 17(b) or expungement modification petitions, which must be calendared in advance.
For same day walk-in court hearings at Victorville court, the defendant must appear to the criminal clerks’ office before 8:15 a.m. Monday - Thursday for felony warrant recall and modification of felony sentence, or Monday - Friday for misdemeanor warrant recall and modification of misdemeanor sentence.
Warning: A warrant recall should not be attempted at Victorville Superior Court without the assistance of an attorney. Mistakes made during warrant recall hearings, and statements made by the defendant, could be used against the defendant in further criminal proceedings.
Matters Heard: Victorville superior court hears all criminal matters of misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, including misdemeanor and felony charges related to juvenile delinquency matters. This also includes all hearings related to misdemeanor and felony post-conviction petitions (i.e., expungements, certificate of rehabilitation, criminal appeals, etc.), arraignment (first appearance), preliminary hearing, bail motions, misdemeanor and felony trials, writs, probation and parole violations, extradition hearings, and more.
Victorville Court Dress Code: According to Victorville’s court website, the acceptable dress code for the court is as follows: No shorts, bare feet, or crop tops. Business casual or other appropriate dress is required (jeans are acceptable so long as they are not cut into shorts). Keep in mind that if the judge decides your clothing is inappropriate, you could be ordered to change your clothing before returning to court.
